Reaired (Re-Aired) is a social media instance connected to the “Fediverse” designed for content creators, broadcasters, on-screen talent and those behind the scenes making things happen.

The name is an attempted pun on “airing” broadcast content, and also “airing” your thoughts to others. As you can interact with others and share their posts too, you are “re-airing” their thoughts.

Certain users may have roles assigned to them confirming that Reaired staff believe the user to be who they say they are (similar to “verification”) and not an impersonator. Note that due to the way posts are federated between instances this is only applicable to accounts on Reaired itself, and users from other instances could still attempt to impersonate others.

All discussion is welcome, your posts and content do not have to be related to content creation or broadcasting! You are free to post your own personal thoughts and comments, so long as they are not considered Offensive Content.

Links to other sites and profiles can be added to your account, and if those pages have a link back to your Reaired profile a green Checkmark will be shown next to the link to confirm a connection between the two of them. This can be used to further strengthen trust in your identity.
